I have a pre build alienware but it's time to go build my own pc since my alienware is about 4 years old now.
I don't need everything because i all ready have a gpu and hdd.
I have a gtx 1080 and 4 hdd's.
here is what i'm thinking of getting.
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB DIMM DDR4-3200/16 2 x 8 GB
Antistatic bracelet
PHANTEKS Eclipse P400 black
Corsair RM1000x
Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme - 3,5 gram koelpasta
Intel Core i7 8700K Coffee Lake
Corsair Hydro Series H100i V2 RGB
Asus ROG STRIX Z370-H Gaming
StarTech SATA III 6 Gb/s Datakabel 0,6 meter (x4)
Do i also need pci e cables? Or do they come with the power supply? I have some that came with my gpu but they are far to short.
Some links if you want to check it out youself.
THANKS! In advance!

Firstly, I would suggest a 750W power supply, unless you are planning on adding another 1080 in the future. 1000W is was overkill for a build with your parts, and as such the efficiency will be horrible at lower voltages. As for the anti-static bracelet, here's what I did: Firstly, use the motherboard box as an anti-static table. Install the power supply into the case first, then plug it into a wall socket WITHOUT turning on the socket/power supply switch. This will ground your case. Just touch the case periodically. Also, if you can, work on a hard floor (not carpet/a rug).
As for the cables, they will all be supplied in the PSU box if you buy it new, so no worry to buy them yourself. You also don't need to buy sata data cables, as...

You're component choice is pretty good, however If I were you I would swap out one of those HDD's for a 250gb+ SSD> It makes a world of difference, and without it you're pc will feel sluggish. They're going for around £50 on amazon, and are worth every penny.
Finally, do you plan on using you're pc over ethernet or wireless? If you want to use wireless you will need a wifi adapter, wither PCiE or USB will do the trick. If you want ot use Bluetooth, you may also need an adapter for that as well. You can get combined PCiE wireless/bluetooth cards on amazon for around £20.

Finally, watch as many build videos as you can to make sure you know everything you need to know. One slip up can be a costly mistake! Happy Building!

What did you think about the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 750? I'm going to use ethernet as i'm doing right now as well. No need for bluetooth never use it. About the ssd what did you think about the Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2,5 inch?

Seasonic is a reputable brand, so that sounds good to me.
If you want, you could go for an NVMe SSD, they're significantly faster then you're typical 2.5" SSD. I would recommend a WD Black WDS512G1X0C 512 GB. This is a good option, however when an M.2 is installed, as it shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0Gb/s ports, two are disabled when an M.2 is installed. You mentioned you had 4 hard drives, so the 6 SATA 6.0's on the motherboard will be fine even with two disabled.

Haha! If you need any more help just let me know! Have fun building it, and don't forget to turn the power switch on the PSU on before booting to avoid a few seconds of panic when you press the power button and nothing happens!

I had one more question. About the bios. Do i need to go the asus website and download the latest bios or does it come pre installed?
