My case - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854042

I was wondering, is it possible to have too many fans in the front of the case for intake and not enough in the rear to exhaust all the air?

The the cpu cooler i plan on getting - https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835181138

I'm gonna put the corsair cooler on the top of my case for the cpu, and i plan on putting either another 140mm fan or switching them all out for 3x 120mm fans in the front of the case, but the case only has an option for 1x 140mm fan in the rear. Is it just personal preference of which fans I use or would the 3x 120mm be more efficient at cooling than 2x 140mm fans?

Is too much intake in the front and not enough exhaust in the rear a problem in my case?

I would say it's more your preference. If you want to go to the techy side there might be a slight difference but not a lot. I personally have 3 120s in the front and my I5 is running at under 32 when in casual use. The smaller ones might also be more quiet depending on the type of cpu fan you're getting.
