Better PSU and faster RAM as well as a 1 TB HDD and SSD.

Solution
Better PSU and faster RAM as well as a 1 TB HDD and SSD.

The faster RAM scales down to 2666mhz as per the chipset support.

that motherboard is not out it says and I have to pre order

Get this... https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157820&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Clearance is what clearance means. Each case has four stands on the bottom to hoist it off the floor. This creates a small gap between the floor and the bottom of the case. As long as something like a carpet is not present underneath the case (as this restricts air flow and reduces the space), the air flow into the PSU will be alright.

If you can keep it on a table, it will be good.
