you may need to register with microsoft as a pc abuser before your pc will run right. as you smacked it around you may have pop the video/ram or cpu. check the ram and video card make sure there still clipped in on the cpu and cooler make sure the cpu still locked in.

Yes, more information required, but one of the most common casualties of a dropped or knocked PC when it's actually running is the HDD.
