My USB ports are not working and I get "no signal" sign on my TV

I just recently build my very first own PC, yesterday I started my PC as I finally got a keyboard to get into the BIOS, but as I started up my PC I was spamming the DEL key on my keyboard but nothing happened and I guess it wasn't being recognized, cause it was not lighting up that num lock is activated and I even got the "no signal" sign on my TV and nothing showed up ... (I got a graphics card plugged into the Motherboard, connected graphics card with an HDMI cable to my TV). Is it maybe possible that I broke those USB ports in the back and in the front with static energy? I mean like ... everything inside of the PC starts lighting up ... the RAM, the Motherboard, and the CPU cooler starts spinning and two other fans from the case as well.

Yesterday I googled a lot and I wasn't able to find any other person that had the same problem.

PC Specs
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Advanced, 8GB GDDR5X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3200
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, 8x 3.70GHz, boxed
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W
SSD: Samsung SSD 960 EVO 500GB, M.2

I really need some help as I want to start to game on it as soon as possible. Thanks for any help ... ask me some more question about the problem I forgot to put up there.

Well, I already did download that and put that on an USB stick, but I have no clue how to activate it since nothing is happening and I think that my USB ports are not working that I can connect an Keyboard to it to get into the BIOS.

I am sorry, but what do you actually mean with that? What exactly should I do know? And ... is it possible that I broke my motherboard USB ports with static energy?

Chapter 3: BIOS Setup
Chapter 3
3.11.3
ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3
The ASUS CrashFree BIOS 3 utility is an auto recovery tool that allows you to restore the
BIOS file when it fails or gets corrupted during the updating process. You can restore a
corrupted BIOS file using the motherboard support DVD or a USB flash drive that contains
the BIOS file.
The BIOS file in the motherboard support DVD may be older than the BIOS file published
on the ASUS official website. If you want to use the newer BIOS file, download the file at
https://www.asus.com/support/
and save it to a USB flash drive.
Recovering the BIOS
To recover the BIOS:
1.
Turn on the system.
2.
Insert the motherboard support DVD to the optical drive, or the USB flash drive
containing the BIOS file to the USB port.
3.
The utility automatically checks the devices for the BIOS file. When found, the utility
reads the BIOS file and enters ASUS EZ Flash 3 automatically.
4.
The system requires you to enter BIOS Setup to recover the BIOS setting. To ensure
system compatibility and stability, we recommend that you press <F5> to load default
BIOS values.
DO NOT shut down or reset the system while updating the BIOS! Doing so can cause boot failure.

Format an USB stick with to Fat32 and place BIOS file in .cap format on it. Follow those instructions exactly.

If that doesn't work you will have to get a compatible CPU to update BIOS. Second gen Ryzen doesn't work with older BIOS versions, that doesn't mean it's broken.

I just downloaded the new BIOS on a USB stick and made the stick to FAT32 and placed the .cap file into it. I followed the order but still, nothing is happening. My USB stick is lighting up so I guess that it's getting energy but nothing is happening. I am still not able to use my keyboard to to anything, nothing comes up on my tv besides "no signal".

Is it possible that If connect the GPU with a Displayport 1.4 to a brand new monitor that I am gonna buy that it's gonna work then? Or should I maybe really replace my motherboard with a newer one with an X370 or an X470 for example since my CPU is too new?

Yes, I did plug it into USB the USB stick with the new BIOS update on it, but nothing is happening, but I don't want to spend another I don't know how much those boards cost, cause that would be cahs thrown out of the window for that one MB I have right now. There has to be a way to make those USB ports work and get a picture on my TV.

Yeah, I guess that's what I gotta do, I heard that I need to put in an older CPU into that motherboard so I can boot the system so I can update the BIOS. You think it would work then? If I put in an older CPU like a first gen CPU from AMD?

Yeah, I heard that they are sending CPU out for that purpose for free. But I wasn't really able to find a page where they sell those. I did find one and it looks like it's the legit site from AMD: https://www.amd.com/en/maintenance it just looks it's unavailable so I guess I gotta buy one or lend an old one from a friend or so .... but could you send me a link to some store of cheap CPU with which I could upgrade my BIOS? Thanks for everything btw.
