i need some help i overclocked my cpu core 2 quad q9300 2.5 to 3.1 increased the vcore now when i completely take the power cable from the PSU and plug it in again and press the power button my pc starts turns off and then starts and boots up notmally is this a cpu power delivery problem pls help fast or a PSU problem
