I just build a new pc with specs (Not the first time i build a pc) (All out of the box):
Ryzen 5 2400g with radeon graphics
Asrock a320m pro4
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR4-2666MHz
gtx 1050 msi graphics card
240 ssd kingston A400
Inter-Tech Argus RGB 750W CM (power supply)

It won't show BIOS and keeps restarting about every 5 seconds or so
also i checked this list http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-s... and everything seems to be ok
Tried using the intergrated graphics and the graphics card
One thing i m not sure about is the clrcmos pin it has a jumper placed in 1-2 and it says thats the deafult should i leave it there ir remove it ??( tried without it and it makes no difference).
Do i have any compatibility issues ??(I checked them all but maybe you can spot something i couldnt)
And lastly the HDD led light should turn on when i boot it up ? doesnt seem so but if it was a hard drive error wouldnt it boot bios normally ?(confused)

Hope you can help

Question from panthebig : "New pc build keeps rebooting and wont display anything(BIOS)"

Hi there Panthebig,

I will be happy to assist you today. According to my knowledge their could be a possible defect,

- Your power cable isn't connected properly. (Solution: Try connecting the power cable properly it also could be the reason that the computer isn't getting much voltage).

Well if this doesn't help then please reply to this thread I will be happy to assist you again.

Warm Regards,

THIS, is not the problem. In fact, I'm not sure where they get the idea that it's a power cable issue at all. Nonsense really. The problem is almost certainly the fact that you need to update the bios as mentioned initially in response to your question.

Try that FIRST, and then let us know if it solves the issue or not. Alexoiu will likely be able to help you further if you require further assistance.
