Solution

When PSU is broken your PC usually reboots/turns off. If the problem is in GPU then you may affect loosing display or artifacts. As i said before this seems to be motherboard problem.

Does it "unfreeze" ?
Does it freeze completly ? (Sounds procceses and display?) For example can you hear music playing while your PC is freezed or its just a freezed display?
What PSU are u using?
Is your freezing random or happens while you pc is under load? (playing games, watching videos, running some programs etc.)

Have you physically removed and re-seated the card? It might have slightly moved in the PCI socket; modern cards are SO heavy.

Also, how old is your PSU, you understand they slowly lose max power over time, and older Thermaltake psus didnt have the best reliability.

Pull the 1050 out and use the on board video. If it works fine with on board it could be the gpu or the psu thermaltake is not the best psu around.
You could under clock the 1050 that way it draws less power if it runs under clocked may want to look at a psu.
Another way to go is instal your GPU in a friends pc and if it runs fine its most likely not the gpu. You can also down load hwi hard ware info 64 and check the voltage from the psu.

Try to uninstall your GPU drivers and install this (For Win 10 64bit) :
http://www.nvidia.pl/download/driverResults.aspx/134123/

If that wont help i would suggest RMA your motherboard.

rma is return merchandise authorization usually you have to get a hold of the motherboard manufactures tech support they will run you through some trouble shooting and if they determine you may have a bad board the will give you the information to return it to them it has to be in warranty though.

Keep in mind that no one knows what happend there so before buying new mobo you should consider borrowing one from someone and trying your setup then. And as i said before if your mobo is under warranty then do RMA. ;)

As I suggested earlier, it sounds like it had come slightly loose in the socket; it happens, especially if the PC has been moved, or if the floor is wooden and "bounces" a bit when you are walking around.

I suggest you use a few blobs of hot glue to hold it securely (thats what the big OEMs do).

Handy hint for future fault finding; ALWAYS try the free fixes first, THEN go for the fixes that are going to cost money; I once threw away a perfectly good mobo before discovering the fault lay with a bad Windows Update buggering the SATA settings on the port my OS SDD was using.
