How do I move NON-STEAM games from C to D drive?

Hi

As the title says, how do I move non-steam games from my C drive (SSD) to my D drive (HDD)? Pretty much everything I have read is about moving Steam games. I want to move non-steam games. Is this possible?

Origin and uPlay have similar functionality.

Other games, may not be possible without an actual install on the other drive.
There is no default method for this.
