8GB to 16GB RAM or SSD? (120GB)

My setup:
GTX 1070
460W PSU
8GB 1600mhz DDR3
i7-3770 @3.4ghz

I use my pc for browsing online and playing games, some games include high demanding of memory such as PUBG, Escape from Tarkov and H1Z1. I am wondering in terms of effect and performance, should I upgrade my RAM to a higher capacity or get an SSD of 120gb to see a difference? I noticed my browser runs sort of slow now and games arent meeting their full potential due to lack of 16gb of ram as I have been told this is the way forward.

PUBG is a resource hungry game and often lags due to lack of sufficient RAM volume. So is H1Z1.
SSD can increase your boot and load times but will not increase FPS. So if you want better gaming performance, adding more RAM would be a better idea.
