Hello Guys,
Want to ask something about this function in mis motherboard bios.
I just wandering what's going to be the difference between I turn it on and turn it off?
I am not trying to overclocking anything and want to keep the computer's age for working... but still, want to have a great performance... If I turn it on, will it provide better performance but reducing CPU working life?

Thank you for help.

It's not dangerous to turn it on at all. If it's in BIOS and you can change it, then your hardware supports it. Basically if your hardware is capable of supplying more voltage and temperatures are fine, then processor's clock speed will temporarily rise. If processor isn't overclocked, then you should turn it on. CPU manages itself to stay in its TDP. You can read this if you want to know more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD_Turbo_Core.
