Pretty sure I bricked my router

Well, I have a TP Link TL-WR841N router, it's a pretty cheap router but it's actually really good
I can't remember how I bricked the router, but I'll try to go over how I remember things

So basically about a year ago I put the DD-WRT custom firmware on it and that went well, the system was working flawlessly, it was going smooth, everything worked ok
DD-WRT has a lot of cool features, you can really customize the router with that firmware
So there's this one where you can disable the reset button, so I said ok why not, just for no reason, because I don't mind having to go into the router firmware to reset stuff
Here's the thing, so I can't remember how this thing even got bricked, I don't know if I was trying to update DD-WRT, do a factory reset for DD-WRT or what, but now I can't really access the firmware
The router turns on, it doesn't keep rebooting like routers commonly do when they're bricked, it actually even shows the dd-wrt wifi network, which I can sometimes connect to, but I can't access the router website, it doesn't go to the website when I'm connected to the wifi network, and even when I'm connected directly with an ethernet cable
I could do a reset from the reset button at the back of the router, but since I had disabled that in dd-wrt, it won't do anything, not even a 30/30/30 reset does anything really
That tells me that dd-wrt is still active on there but there's no way of accessing it since I can't go to the firmware for some reason
Also, this might be worth mentioning, I had the router connected to my computer, and I used Wireshark to see what the router was doing when I turned it on, and it said something like:
Who's using 192.168.1.1? Tell 0.0.0.0
Also, since the reset button is disabled, I would hold the reset button while booting the router so that it can boot from a firmware file it's looking for, but it's disabled so there's no way to do so I guess

Edit: I just remembered, the name is actually TL-WR841N, so I fixed it

Using "IPCONFIG" and connected to the router via cable, what is the default gateway? That might have changed and be the reason you can't get to the routers webpage. Were you by chance trying to use this router as a bridge?

I'm surprised there was an option to disable the reset button, seems pointless and nothing but trouble.

Yeah, I guess I would have to agree, now that I think about it, oh well :p

Anyways, I just checked, it doesn't even show a default gateway, damn.
And yeah, maybe I tried to use it as a bridge, I can't remember, but that could've been something I was trying to do
