You dont need a 650W PSU for this build necessarily. a 500W quality PSU will do just fine. But yes if you want to add pretty much any GPU 650W will cover most cards.

Although that SeaSonic at $60 is a very good deal.
 


Yea. I took the 650W because it is the same price as the 550W.
