Hello. My pc(ryzen 1700,asrock ab350mpro4, hyperx predator 8gb 3000mhz,asus dual gtx 1070, ssd wd green) was running fine until 1-2 months ago. Yesterday it started crashing every 1 minute and the only solution was to force shut down the pc. What i ve done and why i think this is a mobo problem. I ve tested cpu,ram and ssd - no problem showed, clean install windows and bios - again no problem. What i m supposed to do? Has anybody experienced the same thing? Thanks

i ve used memtest for around 25-30 tests . no problems showed. It is weird. While i m playing the crash is coming only after 30-1h. and if i m starting it and don t use it for 1 min it s blocked.

check temps when gaming. Use something like HWMon/Info, and watch your CPU/GPU temps. Could be thermal issues. Thermal issues normally present with slow downs, as opposed to shut downs. But it could be that.

Also, if you've OC'ed any components run them at stock and see how it affects things. An unstable OC can cause exactly these issues.

I've found something strange. When i plug in ethernet cable freeze is coming. When i don t have enthernet connection no freeze occur
edit: only after 30 mins

Temps for gaming don't seem too high.

Set everything at stock. Run Prime95 small FFT's and see what temps you hit. You should be hitting about 70c at stock. Report back.

I ve ran the test for 40m more ( i forgot that by reseting the bios coolers were on medium speed. i ve set them on high). temps now are max 60.
what is interesting is that pc hasnt crashed while prime was opened.
Any ideas?

After closing prime it crashed but i catch the voltage and usage pic.

Ideally, for the purpose of finding out stock temps, i'd leave the fan curve on normal/standard. The reason being just to get an idea of the actual baseline with no OC's and/or fans switched on to high to give different results. The screenshot looks fine, but it's at no load level, so it doesn't mean much. Your core voltage seems to be set about 1.33 though, with a max of 1.43. Whats going on there? Have you got the vcore set on auto?

Admittedly it is a little peculiar. It's running Prime with low-ish temps and doesn't crash, but then does when you exit Prime.

Something is a miss. Have you other settings changed in the bios. Have you reset the bios to default? Upgraded to latest bios? Do those things and set everything to stock and monitor again.

What PSU do you have? Really need to know that. I suspect it's that.

1 more interesting thing. If i m restarting the pc. You can hear that it's rebooting but 'no signal'. i have to shut it down and then turn it on to start......

okay, first things first. No need to PM someone to go and answer your latest thread post. Some of us (me included) have other things to do, work, home life etc. I will get back to you asap. I don't need reminders :)

Okay, I doubt the PSU is new. Can you confirm that? I guess it could be the mobo too, but I suspect it's the PSU.
