Asrock b350 gaming itx: Temps off the charts?

Well, to be honest, that screenshot just shows your idle temps. It's not really an indication of anything.

What was happening when the PC crashed? Can you replicate it? Try running a demanding game. Then alt-tab out of it (with HWMon running) and take a screenshot then, when the PC is at load and is working hard. Then we can better judge if there's something that doesn't look right.

Also, list your full PC specs, this will help us figure out some stuff too :) PSU, CPU, GPU, ram type/density, mobo etc.

The temps never change for those two even when I play a game... they just stay the same everything else goes up to normal temps when gaming but not those two they stay at 105+..
The crash was just the basic windows blue screen.

Have you anything OC'ed? If so you are pushing close to 350w draw with a stock GTX970, and an OC'ed CPU your hitting 300w alone. The FD Integra was a decent PSU. It could be failing. It's warranty is prob just out, unless you bought it recently enough. If you are OC'ing, take them off, and set everything at stock and report back.
