Best case for the bucks and airflow?

Pure airflow here would probably go to the Thermaltake Versa. Decent mounts for fans. Assuming you buy additional fans or use a radiator.
Corsair would follow, since it looks like you can get away with a top mounted 240mm radiator.
Cooler master would be okay for a mid-range build, particularly one using a downdraft cooler (stock Intel or AMD) But it would be a dusty case requiring regular cleaning.
Not sure about the Cougar. They make some nice fans, but I doubt they ended up in that case.
All of them though you probably want to add at least one front intake fan for GPU cooling.
