Mobo does not support ram

So I recently built my pc and its been more than a week since I built and bought the parts(I left it alone since I had to go on a trip) Now when I finally had time turns out my ram isn't qvr.

It runs great and passes stress test if I placed only one stick but if I place two it freezes. I already did memtest to the two sticks separately and got no errors.

So does anyone know the correct timing, voltage and mhz for me to use so I can dual channel this? I can't afford another set of sticks right now

Mobo:Gigabte ab350m-hd3
Cpu-Ryzen 3 1300x
Ram:Crucial 2400 CT4G4DFS824A

Solution
That Crucial memory is compatible with the GA-AB350M-HD3 motherboard.

The issue that occurs when having two of those modules installed is probably due to (slight) incompatibility between the two memory modules because they are individual modules NOT from a dual channel kit.

No guarantee of success, but could try increasing DRAM Voltage in BIOS (no higher than 1.35 V though). Could try easing DRAM timings a bit if still having problems.

If still having problems then could try another same model/part number memory module until an inter-module compatible combination is found. But this might take awhile and might cost more in the end.

Alternatively, get a 2 x 4 GB dual channel kit to replace the existing memory. The dual channel kit...
F23d make sure your mb has the newest bios to rule out it missing updated ram code.
make sure the mb not overclocked. look to see if there xmp profile in the bios or amd version of it and it on.
run memtest on each stick. with both sticks run memtest see if the error on both ram banks. if both stick pass but fail in both banks...check under the cpu for bent pins.

Bios has the latest update. ram doesn't support xmp. And everything is at stock. lIke I said I did memtest but shows no error. Just freezing whenever I do stress test using aida64 or freezing with buzzing while playing a game
