Hi, Just bought a new pc (GPU comes in a couple days)
after installing OS and drivers, I installed fortnite and other steam games(pubg, W3, DOS2) and I was playing Fortnite then after a couple hours I only got 0 - 1 FPS and high ms, I had to alt-tab so the screen would change a frame. I've tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling the drivers and nothing works. The same thing happens with PUBG. but other games like Witcher 3 or D: OS2 Works perfectly fine

Win10
MSI B350
8gb Ram
AMD Ryzen 3 1300x 4core CPU
AMD r9 270x 2gb GPU(OLD) (using old GPU till the new one comes in a couple days)
Corsair Semi-Modular ATX CX450M Power Supply
edit: changed 290x to 270x
