Only thing concerns me is the motherboard, it’s a very basic board with a very basic 3+2 phase vrm (3 phase on the core without heat sink) I don’t know how much power 8400 needs, but under high loads you might see some issues. I would pick something with a better vrm either a 4 phase or 3 phase with a heat sink.
