High Cpu Usage When Playing Certain Games

I have an issue with my CPU, I built a new PC for gaming

Specs:
i7 7700k
gtx 1080 strix
16 gb ddr4

I have downloaded 3 games so far. PUBG, Black Desert, and Borderlands 2.
I first played PUBG, it had no issues and ran at 40-50% CPU usage.
But, when I went to go play Black Desert and Borderlands 2, there would be 90-100% CPU usage. This resulted in me getting 1-2 fps.

No problem, those are decent temps, is your windows running in high performance mode?
with snipping tool in windows you can take a screenshot of the whole Hwmonitor or a part of it at a time, then upload it to imgur.com, then post link here or you can load picture from imgur.com directly here copying pasting it's link onto the attach picture feature on Tom's hardware full message edit .(post message, submit, go back to message clicking full message edit, click attach picture and paste link from imgur.com).

_ Windows power options : verify you running at high performance power plan.
_ HWMONITOR : screenshots on GPU, CPU usage temps clocks and fan speeds, voltages etc (full window) in PUBG and black desert.

PUBG CPU: Around 52 C, GPU: 52 C

Black Desert: CPU:Around 65 C, GPU: 43 C

Couldn't take a screenshot, my bad. I can keep you updated though
