Need help deciding between 2 (older) gaming mouses

Solution
Unlike most other hardware, choice of peripheral devices is highly tied to personal preference. Since you own both, the only advice I can give you is to play with each of them and see which one suits you better. There is no definitive answer, and what suits one person might not suit another, even if this mouse has more features or better specs.

The Raptor M4 is probably your best bet; the 3090 sensor was top notch a few years back and is still a decent choice, the Phillips twin eye the Razer uses tracks well but has issues with LOD, which is a big factor for FPS games.

Yeah it's pretty much personal preference. The problem with mice is that everyone uses a different grip and everyone prefers a different tracking speed and different software to tweak DPI and such.

There's no one-size fits all mouse.

Like Herrwizo said, use both and see which you like better.
