Hello I need advice

So I'm planning to buy a second hand CPU from a friend that costs 17,000 Phililppine Pesos ($326) and here are the parts: i3 6th gen, 8gb ddr4, h110m motherboard, gtx 1050, sdd. It already has a case and power supply, the only thing missing is an hdd. Is it worth it?

As for this thread, what is the question? Are you looking for advice on a hard drive? I would also note that if this PC doesn't have a hard drive, it also doesn't have an operating system.

My question is, if it is worth to buy a 2nd hand cpu with the parts contained in it rather than building a new one from scratch?

If at all possible, you want to purchase new. You really don't have any idea of the condition of any of the used parts. If budget really is an issue and it's a good friend, I'd probably trust them and get the system from them.
