Unstable overclock? (i7 4790k)

I dont know whats wrong with my overclock (4.6 @1.26v).
It passes stress tests like prime95(i know prime95 past 26.6 isnt that great for tests) and realbench but i get random crashes when just browsing something like youtube or twitch. (not a bsod just a complete crash)
After stress testing yesterday i decided to game on it and see if i would have any issues and i didn't. I played csgo,fortnite,gta5,arma3 and i had no issues. It seems the crashes are completely random. What could be causing this? I am VERY new to overclocking so maybe there are other settings in bios i overlooked. From what i know all i changed was the core voltage and the clock speed and set it to override instead of auto.

My pc just crashed AGAIN (no bsod). I have upped the voltage TWICE MORE (1.265 to 1.27) and stress tested and my pc passes the test but i get these random crashes while my pc is under 0 load. I only had chrome open looking at my email. I dont understand it someone help me please LOL. At this point do i even need to keep upping my voltage? my pc was stable under 100% load when i was at 1.26 but every time i get these random crashes i up it by 0.05 hoping it would fix it.

Its completely random. It has happened about 4 times so far. Twice when i was doing absolutely nothing on my pc and twice when using chrome. It just black screens and resets my PC.

I also did a 1 hour stress test on the same settings that gave me a black screen and it passed

its doing that because you have a 2 cores hiting 80c you packages and core 1 are hiting 80c you computer will shut off when it gets that hot unless you have disabled that... but you should not let your CPU get that hot

This cannot be the problem. I said that the crashes were completely random. I stress tested for an hour and my pc didnt crash. During the times that my pc did crash it was under 0 LOAD. My idle temps are 24 - 30c depending on how hot it gets outside. My pc never even gets close to 80c unless im intentionally stress testing it
