My download speed on any other device is as it should be ~45mbps, however on my pc it is only 2mbps, this is strange as my upload is as it was normally at around 20mbps, i'ver tried many different wifi dongles and all gave the same results.

I also tried deleting AMD Quick Stream, however I didn't have it at all on my computer, I deleted many files and programs such as Anti Viruses and AVG Web Tune UP and it gave no results, my only theory is that it could be something to do with the new Win 10 update. (This problem started around the time the new update rolled out)

uh lets hold off on that for now^
but you can ctrl alt del
and check in the performance>network section to see if there are any details on why that could be also while your there check your startup programs to see if anything bandwidth consuming is starting automatically

Now boot up in windows safemode (with network)
Run your tests again
If it is NOT at full speed, then something more serious I think is wrong.

Goto the motherboard website/support and download/install any new drivers for audio/Lan etc. Win10 updates play havoc with motherboard chipset drivers. You may or may not have to reinstall the graphics drivers afterwards due to error 43 as version numbers will have changed.

ElectrO_90 (not letting me reply) I'm doing this currently however I am unable to test the speed as my PC is not recognising my wifi dongle whilst in safe mode, I'm stuck, what should I do now?

Don't worry guys, after a lot of stress and energy I solved the problem by simply resetting and reformatting my PC completely, I know get my proper speeds, Thanks for all the help anyways, it must've been some kind of software which caused this to occur
