I just received my 1060 6gb oc graphics card. I used ddu to unintal drivers, then i put in the 1060. The screen is blank and there is no signal on the monitor. I have a dell xps 8700 with an evga 650 W psu, i7 4790, 32 gb of ram, 256 gb ssd and 500 gb hdd. It is inside a vivo smart case if that helps. And yes, the 6 pin is plugged in. I just got it today and I really hope it isnt broken, same thing happened with my 1050 ti a while back and i returned it. My old GIGABYTE 210 works perfectly in it.... BIOS is also updated to A12 running on windows 10

If you are using an OEM Dell motherboard, that may be the issue. Would need to test the card in another system to see if it's a bad card or something with the computer. You are plugging the video cable to the video card and not the motherboard correct?
Yes, I am using a dvi cable plugged into the Graphics card. I had the same problem with the 1050 ti I bought last month and I thought it was a bad card so I returned it. So it seems to be a problem with newer graphics cards considering the gtx 210 works perfectly. Also, I have heard of several people putting the same gpu in the same computer i have, and it worked for them. Im stuck.... Very frustrated considering I cant use my new GPU
