Hello, I've just bought a new Ryzen pc.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: Asus ROG Strix 1080 A8G
MOBO: Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3
RAM: Hyperx Predator 3000 CL15
SSD: Samsung 850evo 500gb
HDD: WD Black 2TB
PSU: Seasonic 620w 80+ Bronze
Case: NZXT H440
In windows10 it says "16gb (7,95 usable)" and when I ran the test with aida64 and CPU-Z it showed me that the memory is running in single channel.
I have tried replacing the ram with each other,
Changing the slots from red to black and black to red,
In BIOS it shows like it has 16384 memory and shows 2 sticks of 8192 but somehow it doesn't work in dual channel and this mobo should activate it by itself as far as I'm aware.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I've tried booting the system up with a single stick of each and it didn't want to boot with one of them. I will go and replace that one and see if that fixes the problem.
