What Power Supply Should I Get?

My question is how many watts and what psu should i get. I just bought a ryzen 5 2600 using a ASRock A320M-DGS mobo and a rx 480. Right now my system runs fine with an i5 3450 and the rx480 with a 450 watt psu. So should i keep the psu or am i gonna have to do a little upgrade. Thanks!

Solution
Depends on what 450W PSU you have right now. 450 W is enough, but it should be a good quality unit. If it's something like a VS450, I'd immediately buy a new and better unit, like the Corsair CX450.

The VP isn't exactly the better Antec PSU, you may want to consider replacing it in the near future.

Glad I was able to help before.

The Antec VP is an okay-ish unit, so it's not really ideal for your setup. Plus, the RX 480 can turn out to be a very power hungry card, so you should seriously consider changing the power supply, but that PSU you have is not an immediate threat, so it is safe to save money for a while and then get a good PSU instead of buying a bare minimum PSU today.

The psu wattage you need is primarily gated by the graphics card/s you will use.
Here is a nice chart which includes typical other components:

Keep your psu.
If it needs to work overly hard, you will hear the cooling fan spin up.

When it comes time to buy a new psu, buy only quality.
There are good and bad units from most makers.
Safest, I think is to buy Seasonic.
The new focus line as a very good one.

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler, quieter, and more efficiently in the middle third of it's range.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.

The main reason for a high efficiency psu is to reduce cooling fan noise; efficiency has little bearing on quality.
Modular is nice, but you are going to use most of the leads in a well sized psu anyway.
