What price could I sell my used i7 4790k?

If you decide to sell it online your probably going to sell it for around $200, any higher is foolish on the buyers part as there are better CPU's for the money.

Yeah....hard to say. These are still available new, but cost more than the newer gen. They perform like a raped ape, but are getting a bit of age on them. Still super desirable to those folks still rocking 4th gen LGA1150 sockets...it would be a darn solid upgrade from a Pentium or lower 'i' series.
The thing to watch, of course, is are they actually selling for that BIN, or sitting there being relisted and costing money?
With ebay, I would probably do something that you could 'accept' on the BIN, lower than everyone else, or do just a bid war listing with a reserve, knowing you might have to relist.
I have had TERRIBLE luck trying to sell computer stuff of CL. You may as well give it to someone instead.

Go to ebay, find your chip in used condition and filter on completed auctions.
In green you will see the range of prices such a chip actually fetched.
$220-$240 seems typical.
