I have 2 nvidia gtx960 4gb in my PC on a MSI Z170A motherboard. It detected both cards on nvidia control panel, but it didn't show any SLI options. I also have the latest drivers.

Unfortunately, that motherboard only supports AMD's Crossfire. You cannot use NVidia's SLI on that motherboard.
