Today my PC froze while using it then turned off, and now won't boot properly. It starts to boot then after 5 seconds restarts, and loops doing this. I've tried without the GPU, ram/ changed ram slots, tried the battery of the cpu, tried cleaning/de dusting all the fans etc, without each of the hardrives and all that.
But I was under the impression that if it was the PSU it wouldnt even get to that stage?
Computers run fine for a few years. Often bsods or freezes or resets but never like this before. Mobo lights are on. Haven't hanged or touched anything recently to cause it. Wasn't doing anything unusual at the time. Powersupply unit has always been more than adequate.
