Slow wifi speeds at home, but not elsewhere.

First of all, running an XPS 15 9560 with 7700k i7 - Netgear R7000 - Motorola Surfboard sb6141
I have a Killer Wireless 1535 Network adapter with the latest version (12.0.0.468) installed.

I've been getting slow (6mb/s) speeds on my laptop at home, but I have no problem at work or anywhere else, it would seem.

My roommate gets anywhere from 75 to 80mb/s on our home wifi. I thought it might have been my wireless card that needed replacing, however, after going to work this morning and checking the speeds here, I was getting BLAZING fast speeds, so it can't be that.

I ran my antivirus (Avast) and found nothing. This seemed to become a problem after I had a recent windows update 2 nights ago, but that doesn't explain why I can still get amazing speeds at work and not home...

My thought is that something was updated and is now incompatible with my home wifi setup, would that make sense? I've attached a screenshot with the results history from speedtest.net - Note: These are from all over the place, but the ones to pay attention to are the Comcast-only speeds as those were performed from my house. The speeds from 4/21 and 2/22 are from my network and are still slower than the speeds my roommate was getting. Everything from 5/23 was after I noticed the problem. The top speed is from this morning at work.

Thanks in advance for the help!
