Which windows laptops from reputable companies can drive 4K TV at 60Hz?

Know any 14-15" Windows laptops around or below 2kg with over 8 hours of battery life and is capable of driving an external TV at 4K@60Hz? Screen resolutions should be above 1080 but below 4K. Usually they just say HDMI or HDMI 1.4. I cannot find one that supports external display at 4K@60Hz.

Products from Lenovo and other reputable companies with good services are preferred.

Quick question what content are you using it for and why 60FPS? Most video content is in 24FPS. Also HDMI 1.4 can do 4K 60 with the YCrCb with 4:2:0 subsampling

I need Chroma 4:4:4 for sharp text. I also do 3D CAD and watch youtube 4K videos.

Lol well the cad is obviously going to determine the laptop anyone recommends so how intensive is the 3D cad? Any specific programs and what's your budget and location? (for currency and sites)

And for 4K YouTube any HDMI 2.0 can candle it you just need a comfortable amount of RAM.

I know HDMI 2.0 can handle 4K youtube but which laptops can do it is the question.

Pretty much all of the newer ones I would think, it's just an encoder which was put on the desktop chips at gen 7.
