how to use two audio sources to play on a single headphone

my laptop cant run discord and play games without lags so i use discord on mobile but when i am doing that i have to leave one ear open so i can listen to the phone so i was wondering if there was a way (adapter)that combines the two jacks into one female jack .
the ones i was able to find on amazon were splitting the audio and mic i want both the male connectors to be 4 pole 3.5 mm

You're in luck! This is very possible. Get a 1 male to 2 female 3.5mm Splitter. Like this -->"https://www.ebay.com/itm/3-5mm-Jack-Headphone-Splitter-CABLE-3-5-Lead-GOLD-2-Way-/120310716640". Insert the male side of the splitter into your computer audio jack. On one female end, plug in a cable with 3.5mm jack on each end and connect it to your phone. Then, plug your Headphones into the other female end of the splitter and you're done!
EXTRA INFO!!! You will lose some loudness from your audio sources, so turn up the volume!
