I need a PSU recommendation

hello!

I have a i5 - 4590
2x 4gb ddr3 RAM
1tb storage

I am planning to purchase a gtx 1060 video card and a new PSU since my PSU is really a low quality one because my current rig right now is gtx 750 (non ti)

Any recommendation for a great PSU for my build? I don't mind the cost i just want my Desktop to live longer. Thanks!

I use an Aerocool Integrator 500W (80+ Bronze). It does the job perfectly, and has no issues handling my overclocked Ryzen 3 2200G and GTX 960. Cost me used £40, so around $60-70. As for the prior suggestions, any of the ones you listed are great, just don't overspend on the PSU as there really is no need.

Also bear in mind that the difference between a Gold Rated and Bronze Rated is only around 5% efficiency, and even that is at higher power draws. therefore, it just isn't worth the extra money spend as you wont make it back in electricity bill saving. If you spend 8 hours a day at full power draw, then maybe it is, but from what you've said, there is no need for anything higher than 80+ Bronze, especially given the cost increase.

If i were to buy a psu gold rated is the best right? because it's efficient.
meaning i can save electric energy consumption? that will be less electric bill. lol
Correct me if i'm wrong.

My final choices are these 2:

Bronze and gold have around 5-10% difference, depending on your load points. If you have a gaming system, you far about 400w, assume you play 3 hr a day, that’s 120 wh you save a day, and in a month you save about 4 kWh of power, most place charges about 10 to 20 cents average for a kilo watt hour, , so you save about 80 cents a month, and about 25 cents for every hour increase per day (at max load) . Saving is not that much, but the main point is you get a higher quality product due to use of better components in the design.
