Hello I recently bought new RAM memory to my current 4GB of RAM memory, but when I put that new RAM memory into the DIMM slot and try to turn on my pc,I can see and hear fans rotating but pc won't turn on.I tried to remove the old RAM memories and just keep the new one and it didn't work, then again I tried to put that new RAM memory alone to all the 4 slots(A1,A2,B1,B2) and it still didn't work.My old RAM memory works fine without the new one.
All 4 DIMM slots are for DDR3 RAM memory, same as my new RAM memory.

My specs:
Motherboard:Lenovo 6234-AM6
CPU:Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.00 GHz
GPU:nVidia GeForce GT 610
NEW RAM: DDR3 4GB 1600MHz Samsung CL11
OLD RAM 1: Samsung 2GB PC3-10600U DDR3 RAM with 1333MHz of speed
OLD RAMs 2: 2x Hynix-1GB-1Rx8-PC3-8500U-7-10-A0 with 1066MHz of speed

ALSO:Samsung one takes first green slot while both of hynix ones take both blue spots

I'm sorry for my bad english.

Solution
RAM that is too fast SHOULD auto adjust to the highest speed the board will support; however sometimes it does not work. Try manually setting the RAM speed in the BIOS, start at 800MHz, and then go faster if it works.
Also check the voltage is auto adjusting correctly; that may also need to be set manually.

Where did you get the RAM, it is confirmed as compatible; that board is very old, and I know from a similar board, they can be very fussy about RAM.

Finally, have you checked to see if there is a newer version of the BIOS? Sometimes an update will add RAM brands that wouldnt previously work.
