Would A10 7860K Bottleneck Gtx970?

Solution
Almost certainly.... but it will depend on the title(s) in question and the resolution.

The A10 is a dated chip. While the CPU is "only" 2 years or so old, the architecture (officially) is 4 years old now.... and even then, the Steamroller architecture was just a refinement of it's predecessors (Piledriver and Bulldozer), essentially making the architecture at it's core going on 7-8 years old at this point.

In computer hardware, that's a lifetime.

As you push up the resolution, the CPU matters less so.... so at 1440p, it wouldn't be *as* big a problem at 1080p, but still far from ideal.
