Not sure where I am supposed to put this thread.
So I am using the Battlefield 1 trial, and every 10-30 minutes the game will crash. Doesn't give me a pop up or anything, just boots me to desktop. The first day I played the game for hours on end without any crashes, so it just started.

The game runs like a dream until the crash, and this is the only game that crashes like this. I can play battlefront 2 all day with no issues.
I have updated drivers, I have allocated more virtual memory on my ssd and hdd, I have repaired the game, All my temps are fine, I have changed ingame settings and nothing has fixed it.

Solution
I have to wonder, since Origin is about the worst of the game distributors, if it's one of the typical Origin problems. Have you tried disabling the Origin overlay? Also, have you tried verifying the game file cache in Origin.

Steam was the first to implement it, but basically all game distributors including Uplay and Origin now have a master server with the default game files to check against those on your PC to see if any are missing or corrupt.

I'm not sure what you mean by "I have repaired the game". I'm assuming you meant the game file integrity check I mentioned above?

You might want to also try disabling cloud syncing, because often times it causes problems, one of which can be losing all your save game progress.

Perhaps check event viewer to see what is causing the problem. You can do this by simply searching 'event viewer' in the windows search bar and then go to 'Windows logs' --> 'System'. Then scroll through the list and look for an error that lines up with the time that your game crashed. Click on it to look at the details and it will tell you what happened. Hope this helps.

I Disabled Ingame Overlay like suggested and got a solid hour of gameplay without any crashes. Seems to have fixed it for now! Thank you.
