Good morning everyone, Sorry for this long post I wont miss any interesting thing first this is my config:
*MoBo Asrock z77 oc formula
*Cpu intel i5 3570k
*GPU Gtx 970 windforce g1
*power supply thermaltake SmartSE 730
and this is my problem:
after à update of Windows 10 days ago i have restarted the pc, and for the first time seeing a "intel me updating tool" and a message saying "updating UEFI don't shut down" !!! Ok was thinking that its just a bios update or something like that, it was restarting every time the progression bar finished and showing the same thing over and over in a reboot loop and finally after 6 or 7 reboot, boot as normal on windows 10. A few minutes later the PC shut down itself and the same thing no bios access, nothing I can do just the same message with the "me update tool" stuff, the third time I was thinking it's a bios problem, the first think to do shut down pull off the power cord wait 15 sec and press the cmos button to clear the bios, and after booting the same thing. Then in 2nd try I have pull of the Mb battery for 15 mn, after booting same thing. Having no access to the bios I have use the jumper to boot to backup recovery bios and reflash the bios with the last version 2.30, and after rebooting always the same thing. Searching for a solution in different forums I have found that maybe it was an incomplete or corrupted updated of the ME firmware (caused by windows 10) resulting on a corrupted ME update tool, or a locked writing aeria blocking the Me update process and causing the reboot loop or staf like that. Unfortunately there's no way to boot to reinstall the ME from Windows (the backup recovery bios not recognizing any thing just detecting the bios from USB and flashing with instant flash) and there are no downloadable bios versions of my MB integrating a microcode or ME stuff firmware update. I have find some stuff about me flash using some tools on dos, but it's too much for me. If ther is such a bios integrating a me update or something that can flash it with the instant flash, or any other solution I will be really thankful.
#Thinks I have try :
Clear Cmos
Remove the MoBo battery
Remove everything attached to the mobo
Flash the bios with almost all versions from 1.10 to 2.30
Change the Ram slot
#any ideas will be welcomed and there are ideas or Thinks I will try:
Changing the CPU
Ftk flash for ME if there is any way to boot with Dos
Changing the removable bios chipset (it will take a while chipping)
And for the last changing the 2 bios removable chips and booting after doing a bios update (dont now if it possible to update the recovery 1.00 bios if I switch the 2 chips)

What code does the Dr. Debug LED readout show when you boot?

Dr. Debug is used to provide codes that represent different errors that your system has encountered.

Ok, I have already see the debug codes at every boot it shows a code I have followed theme all moving all USB for the b4, verifying the ram and moving it .... every time it shows different 55, f4, b4,... and finishing with 00 code and nothing.

Double check the "Clear CMOS Jumper" and "BIOS Selection Jumper" are in the correct position. Make sure the Clear CMOS Jumper is not incorrectly set in the "Clear CMOS" position.
