I just ordered my ryzen 7 chip and my goal is to get it up to its 4.3 max overclock. Ive been told it runs a lot hotter than the first gen. I have an H100i v2 240mm radiator. Could someone post their overclock and temps and cooler so i can compare? I dont yet have the chip installed, so this is why i cant test it myself.

Solution
I've got almost the same as above:

Asus Prime x370 Pro BIOS 4011
R7 2700X @ 4.1ghz
Thermaltake Riing 360rgb AIO
4 x 8gb Trident Z @ 3000mhz
Samsung 960 Evo 500gb
R9 390X 8gb

I can get an ~4.25 max stable OC at 1.425, but I don't feel comfortable with that level of voltage, so it's been backed down to 4.1ghz at 1.4. Temps stay under 60c at load with prime95, but my office is also in the lowest floor in our townhouse, and it's always a bit cooler. Idle temps for me can drop down to 27-28c, but again, that has to do with my location in the house. I think if I was in the living room, I'd be right around 3-4c higher on average, but still very good. I run my fans at about 85%, (~1300rpm), so if I had max power, I'd probably get a bit...
Asus Prime x370 Pro BIOS 4008
R7 2700x
2 x Kingston HyperX KHX3600C17D4/8GX
Samsung 960 Evo 250GB
Rx 460 2BG

4.225GHz permanent OC with manual 1.4v + LLC5 stays under 70c at full, prolonged load, 32c on true idle.
2700x is 104W nominally TDP processor so good cooling is a must. Didn't say which MB with which BIOS you have but pay attention to CPU/core voltages, on this system if let on auto voltage can jump to 1.5v or more on some cores while AMD doesn't recommend over 1.425v.
Once you assemble it and get it working use HWInfo and newest Ryzen Master as they are most reliable on Ryzen second edition and allow for 10c deviation of temperature as shown by sensors.

Getting a 4.3ghz OC will take some luck with the silicon, but will also require a very serious cooling solution. You'll most likely be pushing 1.4375 or more voltage. Yikes.

Yeah, thats quite a bit of voltage. I think ill stay somewhere around 4.1. My aio couldnt handle that either
