Please recommend hardware repair or data recovery services for Intel 320 SSD

I have an Intel 320 SSD that seems to have failed at hardware level. There is some data that I'd like to recover if possible. So I'd like to see if there's some commercial services that can recover the data with affordable price.

The SSD was installed in a laptop with a harddrive password enable in BIOS. After a hard-poweroff of the laptop, on next power-on the disk cannot be unlocked when entering the harddrive password at boot. I removed the SSD and put into an external USB case and used `hdparm --security-unlock /dev/sdb`, it returns I/O error. I've also tried the power-cycle trick ( https://dfarq.homeip.net/fix-dead-ssd/ ) to no avail.

It seem like there is some connector or firmware failure but if the encryption key and data modules on the drive are still intact I suppose there is a way to recover the data. Is there some recommended companies offering such a service?
