I had a GTX 1050 which unfortunately broke. After a few months I bought myself a GTX 1050 Ti. When playing GTA V I have insane spikes every two seconds or so. It's impossible to play. With GTX 1050 everything was fine. I have all the latest drivers and all other games are running fine.

G4400 @3.3ghz
8GB of DDR4 RAM
GTX 1050 Ti
H110M Pro-VD mobo
10yr old HDD (Yes. I know. I will get a new one soon but still, GTA V was running fine with nearly no spikes with the GTX 1050, but now it's literally a spiky hell.)
