Hey guys, I have been saving up for a new pc for a while. Before I have been playing on a mac. I really don't know what to pick and what parts. My budget is under 760$, and I want to be able to stream and edit videos.

Please Help,
Thanks.

Few words
If you were only to game on your PC, i would've gone with Intel CPU. But since you also stream and edit videos, Ryzen CPU and it's good multi-core performance is better at it than Intel. R5 1600 has 6 cores and 12 threads which is more than enough for your stream and video edit needs. Rest of the build is quite standard due to the small budget. But did put in 16GB 3200 Mhz RAM since Ryzen CPUs need faster RAM for optimal performance. Build also includes common HDD and GTX 1050 Ti. With that GPU, you're looking high/ultra settings @ 720p or medium settings @ 1080p. PC is powered by good quality Seasonic unit which is fully-modular and comes with 10 years of warranty. And everything sits in a small footprint case from Thermaltake. PC case has tempered glass side panel since it's the latest trend. Feel free to switch out the PC case if you don't like it.

Thank you so much. But I have 2 questions if it's not a problem... 1. Is there a big difference between 1600 and 1600x in streaming? and 2. If I were to upgrade this in the future, what should I upgrade first?

The 1600 can be overclocked to match or even surpass the 1600x in performance.
As for upgrade: It's very much up to you but the first thing i'd do is add a SSD, then maybe a new gpu and after that a Zen 2 or Zen 2+ based 6+ core cpu.

Yes, as said above, 1st upgrade would be SSD as an OS drive so that you have much shorter game loading and Win boot-up times. SSD also affects file read/write times and in general, SSD is 6x times faster than HDD. You can then keep your HDD as a storage drive.

If you want to improve your gaming performance, e.g high/ultra settings @ 1080p then 2nd upgrade would be GPU. GTX 1060 6GB would be more than enough for this. And thanks to the 550W Seasonic unit, you don't need to upgrade your PSU if you upgrade your GPU. Forcus+ 550 can even handle GTX 1070 Ti if needed be.

You can always upgrade your CPU too if needed, just make sure that your MoBo has the latest BIOS that supports Ryzen 2 CPUs. Best CPU you currently can upgrade to is R7 2700X,
R5 1600 vs R2 2700X comparison: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-5-1600-vs-AMD-Ryzen-7-2700X/3919vs3958

But since AMD plans to keep supporting AM4 socket for several years, your MoBo should also support future Ryzen 3 and Ryzen 4 CPUs. Oh, due to the B350 chipset, you can also OC your CPU if you need it. Just make sure your CPU temps doesn't go beyond reason.

For ideal video editing build, 32GB of RAM is best suited. And thanks to the MoBo i picked, you can easily upgrade your RAM amount to 32GB since MoBo has 4x RAM slots.
