open network prob

My Mac keeps connecting to an open netwrok. I have set it to ask before joining other netwroks but it continues to automatically happen. How can I prevent this from happening?

Well that sounds like a bug in the Mac OS. That's the point of providing that option. If it's not working, you need to ask Apple.
