PC reboots after water on top of the case

Hello and sorry for the repetitive thread. I saw many with almost the same case, but not quite.
So, my PC case is sitting under a windows and today it was raining and the windows was open. There was water around the case and on top of it . As soon as I saw what happened I dried it then opened it and there was no water inside of it and the ports seemed ok too.. still tried to dry it with a tissue in case I didn't see well. Hours later I tried to turn it on but it won't. It just reboots over and over with a clicking noise and no image. Now I disconnected all the parts but they still seem ok. No wet spots.
What could it be?

It's a long click. Usually it's a short one when I boot it. This time it's a bit longer.

The plug is not affected also.
I don't have another case to test the components one by one to see which might be affected. The weird thing is everything inside was completely dry. With a bit of dust still (I clean it regularly, it's not really nasty).

You can never know what is affected by water, it may be that one part is malfunctioning. Where is the click coming from? Is it the motherboard? A hard drive?
