The problem I am having is really weird... I have a Sapphire DualX R9 270 2G graphic card. I was using windows 10 and I decided to flash my gpu to 270x BIOS. I used AtiWinFlash and xxx https://openload.co/f/z8CdKeheEA8 xxx this BIOS. It seemed like it flashed well, PC took much longer to start than usually and there were no Windows Animations while booting. It looked weird and I thought my gpu got bricked because screen was light but black until it just suddenly booted into windows desktop. When I checked GPU statistics it seemed like everything was fine. Even valley benchmark didn't have any problems running at highest settings possible.

I decided to install windows 7 Ultimate because windows 10 was running really poorly on my old HDD. When I made bootable drive and tried to get in BIOS I realized that I can't get in because PC seems to be frozen until it just pops out desktop. What I did was stick my GPU out and use integrated GPU to install Windows 7 ( I have i5 2500 if it matters ). After installing windows 7, I didn't install anything yet, I just turned it off and tried to plug in my GPU, coolers went spinning but no image was being shown. Windows booted, I could hear the sound and I could turn it off with alt + f4 and enter, but I could not see anything.

That is pretty much the problem, what's happening to my graphics card and is it dead? I doubt flashing it could kill it, I thought it can only possible brick it but you could still save it if you got lucky... I am looking for help. Currently I am running fresh win7 installation with only LAN driver installed.

Solution
You have to use your onboard graphics and make dos bootable drive with atiwin flash and bios to flash your GPU (sorry my ingrish is waay off sometimes)
heres tut that i used on my r7 250 https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/how-to-use-atiflash.57750/

note: You can keep your R9 plugged in and monitor connected to motherboard to use onboard.

I had it, but dumb me thought that GPU is working at least well enough to show picture because it worked on previous windows... I don’t know if I can somehow get original BIOS from internet...

How to flash it when it doesn't even get recognized by system? :/ I can't even get it to start or anything.
