So i bought a used pc from a friend and replaced the case and cooler while i did this i cleaned out under the cpu with pressurized air

I put he pc back together in the new case and tried a boot fans spun up and changed speed but no post beep/video signal

After trouble shooting turning the pc off and on i got a dead ram beep so i took the ram out and it went back to nothing and after that i got a dead ram beep and the other stick in my pc started smoking

After i tore down the pc and found a lga pin shorting with another pin i bent the pin back into place

Is there any way to test if the board/cpu still works without buying new hardware

Cpu I5-6600 (possibly dead)
M-board Asrock Z170a-x1/3.1 (possibly dead)
Grpx card 1060 (working)
Crusial ddr4 dual channal 8 gb (both sticks are dead)
500 watt psu (don't remember what it was i sold it it still worked fine after)

Why in the world, would you like to clean on socket with pressurized air? Its easy to bent the pins into socket... Its not like they get dirty since they are under pressure of CPU.

You can test CPU and see if it works, same goes for ram, motherboard i wouldn't but im quite unsure.
