Gigabyte Motherboard refuses to read dual channel memory

Was this ever resolved, I am having this issue with two gigabyte motherboards.

Gigabyte motherboards model number - GA-F2A55M-HD2

2 each Crucial Ballistic Sport 4X2 dual channel memory

Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00

I just updated the Bios to
Version Size Date Download Description
FGa 3.39 MB 2015/05/06
Asia China America Europe
Beta BIOS
Update APU AGESA code for Godavari support

What models of motherboards and make/models of memory?

This is not an issue for the vast majority of users. We need more info to determine a solution to your issues.

The BIOS recognizes half the ram of each stick. It only recognizes single channel mode.

How many systems are experiencing this problem?

Bent CPU pins can cause issues like this, as can improperly installed (not fully in the memory slots) memory modules.

I posted a new thread with the other Gigabyte motherboard that is giving me the trouble. Can you offer any advice in examining CPU pins and/or troubleshooting memory slots where the memory is not fully seated. It's pretty straight forward they snap in and the lever pop up?

See your other thread as well. For both, does the BIOS and Windows report 4GB or 8GB?

Looks like you should see 8GB.
