Gigabyte Motherboard refuses to read dual channel memory

Was this ever resolved, I am having this issue with two gigabyte motherboards.

Gigabyte motherboards model number - GA-F2A55M-HD2

2 each Crucial Ballistic Sport 4X2 dual channel memory

Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00


I just updated the Bios to

I posted a new thread with the other Gigabyte motherboard that is giving me the trouble. Can you offer any advice in examining CPU pins and/or troubleshooting memory slots where the memory is not fully seated. It's pretty straight forward they snap in and the lever pop up?
