Pc won't post

Hey there guys,
I am new to all this stuff and now i have an issue booting my pc.

Recently ichanged something in the bios and tried to save it by hitting save changes and reboot
But it got stuck on that screen and i had to pull the power off,
Now when i power on i get no signal all the fans are spinning power led is on

I have no idea what's wrong
Could i have damaged some internals?
Someone please help

It could be, since getting the appropriate beeps when RAMs removed. Try borrowing a card, if possible. Make sure also that all video connections and monitor settings are properly done. You might have forgotten something undone after troubleshooting the issue.

You were right
It was the gpu
I got it checked and they confirmed that it is the gpu
I'll have to get a new board
