I want msi GTX 1060 3gb oc in my pc. what things should I change for that in my current pc

My current pc configuration.
Cpu......Intel i7 3770
Mthrboard....... gigabyte P75-D3
RAM........... Corsair DDR3 1600fsb
GPU......... Nvidia Quadro 600 1gb DDR3
PSU...........cooler master 600w .
I want msi GTX 1060 3gb oc in my pc. what things should I change for that?

I assume you connected the power to the graphics card and the monitor is connected to the new card?

Did you update your BIOS before putting the new card in? There is no reason why that card wouldn't work on your PC, except if the BIOS is too old to recognize the card.

I only attached GPU , when I start my PC it shows motherboard screen and BEEP, but neither windows starts nor runs Bios setup by pressing F12, F9 or DEL button. IDK what's the problem ?

place the gpu properly in the socket.. also make sure the pci connectors are tight enough
