Can't connect to the internet

So my internet was really slow. I decided to go to my router (adsl modem) settings and do something there.But when I typed my ip in google it said "username"and "password".I typed admin and admin (for password and username) but I didn't log in.Then I decided to reset my modem to get the default username and password.
THEN I had no internet at all.The wifi which I had before was removed and the ethernet didn't work!!!!!!!
Pls someone help!!! I searched and tried so many fixes nothing worked!!!!

And yeah sorry for bad English...

Read the manual for first install / quick setup and how to gain access. You may need to change the IP settings of the computer to get access to it. You will also need to go through changing the default SSID, username and password which should NEVER be set as admin / admin once setup. :)
